Principle
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We only collect what we actually need, and we do not keep it longer than necessary.
When you visit this website
On each visit, the hosting provider records certain data in its log files for technical reasons: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume transferred, browser and operating system. This data serves secure operation and error analysis, and is deleted after 30 days.
Hosting provider: Vercel Inc., based in the USA. As the website is delivered through its global network, connection data is also processed outside Switzerland.
When you contact us
If you write to us or call us, we process what you send us – name, company, email address, telephone number, content of your message – solely in order to deal with your request and any questions arising from it. We pass this information to third parties only insofar as this is necessary to deliver the requested service.
This website has no contact form and therefore collects no data through one. Your message reaches us through your own email program or by telephone.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies. The language you choose is stored in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us. Should analytics tools be used in future, this policy will be updated.
External services
The contact page links to a third-party map service. The map is not embedded: it opens in a new window when you click. As long as you do not click, no data is sent to that provider.
Your rights
You may ask which personal data we process, and request its correction, deletion or release within the limits provided by law. Please write to info@tripontec.ch.
Data security
This website is transmitted over HTTPS and is therefore encrypted. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data processed against unauthorised access.
Changes
We may amend this policy at any time. Only the version published here applies.
