Emergency call systems stay unobtrusive in normal service and have to work reliably when an incident occurs, on an industrial site as much as in a hospital, a care home or assisted living. Their sensitive point usually lies at the interfaces between the parties involved: the operator, nursing staff, the alarm receiving centre, building services and the provider.
What we take on
- Drawing up and maintaining the alarm concept
- Coordination between internal departments – nursing and building services – and external partners
- Support and functional testing of the alarm routing and escalation paths
- Training the people who will have to act when an incident occurs
How we work
We record who is responsible for what when an incident occurs, and we test the alarm chain under real conditions at regular intervals. A documented and rehearsed chain guarantees the reliability of our systems.
Note: the scope and frequency of testing depend on the installation concerned and the applicable requirements. We clarify this in the initial discussion.
